「Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

「Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area.」

「There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

「The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!」

「We have raved about this house to so many people. It was beautiful and spacious and right near some amazing hikes. This area is breathtaking. Working with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. We highly recommend this home. If you don't have a rental car, make sure you come prepared with some food (as there is only 1 pub nearby, and it has unpredictable hours). We hope to return one day!」

「The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child. I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience. Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee. 」
