"Our family celebration had to be cut short, but the property owners had no compassion or empathy, which was so painful and hard to deal with on top of our emergency. While at daycare, our small dog had a pretty big fall. The injury required us to cancel his boarding so we could observe him for a brain hemorrhage and fractured pelvis over the weekend. "Bed was good, pillows could be better. Breakfast was a couple of boiled eggs, which you had to ask for. Other choices were sparse, such as there being only white bread for toast (no wheat or bagels) and there weren't any pastries. The property is kind of hard to get in and out of, but there was wildlife on property so that made our trip."

"Arrival was simple at Andy’s place. The loading zone in front, elevator and stairwell all were convenient to the unit. The location in the middle of Estes Park can’t be beat. Parking across the road was convenient and easy to use with the provided pass. The unit itself is much bigger than you would expect in this building. It was well outfitted. The kitchen and bathroom were both very large and we loved the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are nearby and even in the same building. Walking the river right behind the building was beautiful and enjoyable. And Estes Lake, the golf course and the visitor’s center is just down the road. Andy was very responsive though we really had no issues. Great stay!"
"We did enjoy our stay here. Highlights for us were the calm sound of the river/stream in front of our room and the relaxing seating and fire in the evenings. There are restaurants and snacks within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well maintained. Quiet, safe area. Staff had such friendly, positive personalities. "
