"This is a lovely stay, but it is definitely low-to-no frills. They have 2 pools and a hot tub, but they close at 9:30. They have a continental breakfast, but it is VERY underwhelming. It is a good proximity to Estes Park attractions and shopping including just around the corner from The Stanley Hotel. Good spot, but I think I'll make a different choice next time."

"I would come back again if I every travel to the area! Breakfast is great, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. The laundry dryer were broken when we stayed there, but other than that everything is excellent."

"Wow! Our second time at this beautiful home & it never disappoints! The location alone is perfect, then add the double balconies overlooking the peaceful babbling Riverwalk with spacious updated interiors and parking. Laura is an active host & communicates well. Our family plans to return next year! Thank you Laura for everything."

"We stayed here to hike RMNP and the location was great! Location: We could walk to the river walk with local shops and restaurants and it was also only 10-15 min away to RMNP. Onsite parking was great too because downtown parking can be tougher to find. Place: It was excellent, cute, well maintained. It was great having a small kitchen as well. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the outdoor seating areas. Quiet at night and even without AC it was cool and comfortable at night (in August). Amenities & service: we enjoyed the nightly fires and s’mores and the beautifully maintained grounds. The elk enjoyed it too and made a special appearance onsite one night! We also loved seeing hummingbirds every day. The staff was extremely helpful and recommended local spots and hikes! Would definitely recommend!"

"Perfect downtown location. Easy to get around, if needed the trolley was at the front door. Beautiful view of the river behind the building. From our balcony we saw elk, mountain view and gorgeous flower beds. Coffee shop below. Perfect."

"This place is the BEST!! 5th time staying here and never disappointed. The most perfect location in all of Estes. Right in the heart of everything but still quiet and peaceful and close to everything. You a literally walk anywhere and RMNP is a short trip away. The condo is a perfect mix of modern and Colorado chic. Such a comfortable place and feels like home away from home. So clean and so many extras."
