"The front-desk staff staff were very helpful. I had a suitcase delivered prior to my arrival and a rental bicycle picked up after I arrived. They provided a box, scissors, and tape that I needed to properly prepare the bike and accessories for handoff. I was disappointed in the restaurant menu. "Hotel located close to town centre where there are lots of smaller independent shops with very attractive displays. Historic centre of town also to be found close by. Plenty of cafes, restaurants with very good food on offer. "

"Access to the hotel was very simple off main streets. The hotel offers valet parking which was wonderful because driving in the historic district is a little stressful (small streets and lots of pedestrians). Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It is a fabulous location near everything and walking to everything was really nice. Service was excellent too. The hotel provides breakfast and has spa services, but we didn't use -- no time. "
