This fully and newly renovated 70m2 appartment (07/2019) is located in the 3rd floor of a well maintained building in Kolonaki , which is a well known vibrant area in the heart of the center of Athens, surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, banks, metro/bus station.
Our apprartment is comfortable, cozy,spacious and can host up to 4 persons.
Ideal for families, couples, group of friends and business travellers.
It has 1 living room with sofa bed(double), 1 fully equiped office(that can be isolated from the rest appartment), 1 big dining room with a large dining table which can also be used as a conference room, 1 bedroom with flat tv screen and a king size bed (linen,pillows etc provided),1 bathroom where you can find towels, shampoo , hair dryer and washing machine, 1 fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave oven .All the basic utensiles for cooking and having breakfast (filter and espresso coffee machines, toaster, pots, dishes , spoons etc) are included.
It has also a balcony with chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee.
We also provide you with an ironing board and an iron, in case you might need to refresh your clothes.

There is also air-condition and central heating.
*The office can be offered with an extra charge of 15euros/day upon request .
