"Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! "

"I made a booking on the wotif site and paid in full for a non refundable room., the property would have received notification of my booking and payment. At 8pm on the day of check-in, out of courtesy I rang the property to let them know, I am in Tokoroa and on my way over. The owner said, "Sorry but I have closed my business down and you can't stay here" So that was pretty bad that they had a live listing, selling rooms, taking money but not in business. When it would have been so easy to phone...
