"My phone didn't work in the room. The ice machine was broken on the floor I was on. There were not enough towels per night. I had to call every day from my cell phone for the 3 days I stayed requesting towels. The best thing about this day was the cookies."

"We have stayed here 2 times in the last year. On first visit was great and Donald at front desk check in at both visits is friendly and inviting!!!! The only thing on this visit was on the 5th floor the buttons on elevator to get the elevator to come to the 5th floor was broken and would not call the elevator to that floor. BOTH times I had to call front desk for them to send it to us to leave. On the last call we had to get our UBER outside waiting. Not real pleasant."

"Great property and very convenient for events at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Only downside was the elevator in the parking garage was out of service. "

"Room and bathroom very small not big enough for two people. Housekeeping come to your door an hour and fifteen min before check out I feel is rude, front desk should call and ask if you need the late check out or if you staying another room"
