Nice Location, Poor Management

The house is in a nice neighborhood and has potential, but our stay was disappointing. Despite strict house rules, a detailed contract, and a background check, the home didn’t meet expectations. The main shower didn’t work, the guest room lacked a working light and fan due to a missing remote, and while the sheets seemed clean, other areas throughout needed attention. The listing mentioned bugs from a woodland area, but the house is in a residential neighborhood and just had a general bug issue. Communication with management was very difficult as they seemed frustrated with any issues. With better management, this could be a much better experience but in its current state, we wouldn’t return.

My siblings, partners and I had a great time at this Vrbo. Close to dining options in Atlanta and the Edgewood neighborhood. I would definitely come back.
