We invite you to stay at our newly renovated beach home Salt life and Sunsets! We have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore our entire lives but have fallen in love with Ventnor City! The entire house has been renovated and decorated to embody a modern coastal style with shiplap kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and so much more. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! Though the house itself is the ultimate beach family vacation stay, the best part is that it is only a 5 min walk to the beach and boardwalk. This location cannot be beat! Park your car and don’t worry about needing it until check out day!
This 2BR/2BA top floor duplex (3rd floor in pictures) with lots of light and high ceilings features open concept living and dining. The house sleeps 6 offering 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a balcony with bay views. The Master suite features a queen bed and brand-new walk-in shower. The second bedroom houses a full over queen beautiful custom-made bunk bed. The second bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. A fully equipped eat in kitchen has dining for 6 and counter seating for 4. In addition to the beautiful décor the house offers many modern amenities and conveniences such as smart TVs in every room, Central AC, Keyless Entry, free WIFI, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, range, comfortable beds, luxury linens and much more! Our newly renovated backyard offers a grill, couch area and outdoor eating space.
Our home provides one parking space with plenty of free street parking. To make your beach packing less stressful, we allow use of 4 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, cooler and 2 beach cruiser bikes. This rental comes with 4 beach tags.
Our favorite part of this beach town, besides the huge spacious beaches, is that Ventnor is a walkable city with many nearby conveniences. The house is located 3 blocks from the beach and Ventnor Pier bathrooms, boardwalk and a stone’s throw from the drawbridge bay views! We are also 100 feet away from Dorset Avenue’s fabulous BYOBs such as Annette’s with live weekend music, PJ Buckets amazing seafood, the Red Room Cafe’s homemade pasta, Wahine Wine Company, Ventnor Coffee, Custard’s Last Stand and the list goes on. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly, offering a playground at the Ventnor Heights park a few blocks away. Into kayaking and paddle boarding? The public launch is 3 blocks away. Into pickleball and tennis? Two sets of courts are within 4 blocks. The home is also within walking distance to The Ventnor Community Center and Ski beach where during the summer season there are open air concerts and food vendors every weekend. If you prefer to take a break from the sun, the newly renovated Ventnor Square Theater is within walking distance.
If you're looking to do some exploring outside of Ventnor, the Atlantic City casinos, Golf Courses and Ocean City amusements are all within a 20 min drive or less.
