While this property looks like a hotel or bed and breakfast from the outside, the whole house is yours to enjoy a few days of relaxation and unparalleled beautiful views. This is truly one of the most unique beachfront homes in all of Atlantic City and the surrounding areas.
Located steps from the beach entrance, it doesn’t get any more convenient. 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

FIRST FLOOR:

-Bedroom 1: King bed, Queen sleeper, full length mirrors, private terrace. Sleeps 4.
-Bedroom 2: King bed, Twin bed, large walk in closet, private access to elevator, Sleeps 3.
-Bedroom 3- two Queen beds, floor to ceiling mirrors. Sleeps 4.
-Bathroom 1- double vanity, tub/shower combo.
-Bathroom 2- shower stall, laundry, private toilet.
-Garage for with elevator access storage with a few bikes and beach chairs, beach wagon, and umbrella (guests are still encouraged to bring their own).
SECOND FLOOR:
-Brand new 4 panel accordion glass door to enhanced views
-Open concept living/dining/kitchen.
-Bathroom 3- Half bathroom/powder room off of entertaining space.
-Bar with wine fridge and ice maker (so helpful when you have a large group).
-Wrap around balcony with ample seating and amazing views. Grill for your use (guests are responsible for their own propane.
-Please note: If the grill is used during your stay, guests are expected to clean it prior to departure and leave it in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive grill cleaning is required after checkout.
-Bedroom 4- Suite w/ bathroom. King bed, Twin bed, ceiling fan, a Smart TV, floor to ceiling mirrors, bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub, separate shower, double vanity, private toilet. Sleeps 3.
THIRD FLOOR SUITE & LOUNGE:
-Bedroom 5/Bath 5- 1,200 sq ft room with tons of windows and views of the water, King bed (facing the water), dining area, Twin bed (in separate small space with a door), sectional, 55" smart tv, pool table, and 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. Sleeps 3.
-Large walk in shower, double vanity, 2 person jacuzzi tub with water views.
-Large laundry room with washer, dryer, iron.
FOURTH FLOOR:
-1000 sq ft roof top with unparalleled views of the ocean, inlet, Brigantine bridge and the city's ONLY crow's nest with incredible 360 degree views.
WEDDINGS/EVENTS:
-This is the perfect home for family reunions, small weddings, bachelorettes, or just a relaxing weekend away.
-If you are interested in weddings or events but our calendar isn't open that far in advance, we can open it up for you.
-Additional fees apply to weddings and events along with a separate contract.
-No more than 20 guests without prior approval in writing.
Please note: We do not provide beach towels. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home, outside decks and driveway.
-The elevator is currently in service. If you are interested/need access please contact us BEFORE booking! No unattended children in the elevator.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY:
-Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-There is a driveway at this property for 4 vehicles.
-Free street parking for additional vehicles.
-You may street park where available, but the vicinity can become busy at times due to the location.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
There are bikes in the garage that guests may use for their stay. Please remember: It is the guest's responsibility to ride safely, follow all local traffic laws, and provide their own helmet. All guests ride at your own risk. Also, please be aware that any damage to the bikes during your use will be your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the bikes.
HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Icon Playce", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES:

-This is in a lively beach area during the summer. There is the chance for noise from music, cars, and people. We can't control this and it does not warrant a refund however we do have a local community officer that we can call at any time if it were to become bothersome.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-Atlantic City is an urban environment and, like many cities across the U.S., it can occasionally have a lively or city-like atmosphere. This may include noise from neighbors or occasional police activity in the surrounding areas. It is also a diverse cultural city, with a mix of people, backgrounds, and experiences that make it unique. While this is not uncommon for a city setting, we encourage guests to consider this when booking, especially if you’re seeking a quieter experience.
