"Nice place to stay"

"Will never stay anywhere in Memphis but this place. Not one complaint. Angel, at the reception desk is a gem, the entire management staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 all stars!!!!"

"Let’s just say, when you have a whole team at your hotel it would be wise to put them all on the same floor. Kids(boys) running up and down the hall, knocking on doors just loud. It was well after 1am when they finally stopped. I liked the hotel but if there is a sports team of any kind( no offense) I will go to another hotel for sure."

"Clean quiet"

"The room was clean but the shower water pressure was horrible, and the water didn’t get hot. I had to take a cool shower by force. I will not ever stay there again unless it’s the only option. "

"Slow check in, key card reader for outside door not working, pealing paint, canibis smell in hallway, worn furniture, mem"

"Room was clean. Bed was comfy. No breakfast which was surprising since the ones we've stayed previously did. Quiet area. Front desk attendants could've been a little friendlier."

"The rooms need to be updated, and the pool area was extra cold. The breakfast you will have to pay for. "
