The parking wasn’t convenient having to park then goto reception to ask to open the garage door Also the room card had to be reprogrammed a couple times very frustrating

Check in process was seamless. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and checked in on us each time we left the hotel. They had some handy hints and tips about places to visit and were genuinely customer focussed. The room itself was well priced and very well appointed including very clean and comfortable beds and plenty of charging points which made life easy. Will definitely recommend this venue and consider a return!

Warm and friendly reception staff happy to give advice easy check in appreciated Room was clean to a high standard 👌 Would stay again happily Parking is expensive and none was available at hotel we could have parked a blovk from the hotel at their off site parking 😒 but thats city life for you Breakfast was good and they were accommodating and had gluten free items Enjoyed dinjnv at lonestar right next door

The property is ok. Nothing special. Rooms are tiny. There is a deck of the room, but it overlooks the concrete garage. AC is working at its own pace. Breakfast was ok (no fresh fruit option).

While check in was great, and the staff are friendly. We found the bed to be super hard. And the aircon leaked (waterfall), reported it to reception two days in a row with no resolution.

The staff was kind and friendly. The room did not look anything like the pictures. All the pictures used online are from other properties. The room felt like it was in an old dormitory - and it may have well been. If I had seen what the room actually looked like, I would have stayed elsewhere. Don't recommend. Not worth what you pay for knowing there are many options.

Beautiful service! I left my expensive ear buds at the hotel and the trusted staff/cleaners kept this aside for me to pick up at a later date! Items collected without any hiccups. The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Auckland. Clean rooms. Recommmend 10 out of 10!!!!

The Mercure is very conveniently located for both tourist activities based in the CBD and for enjoying Auckland’s eclectic neighborhoods. The staff were great, the room was clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. A great choice!

Staying at this property is probably the best things I’ve ever done. I have stayed at this property 2 times already and will be back in February. The only downsides of my most recent stay would be the night staff not being very welcoming I do understand though cause it was late at night. Also not being able to get a bandaid from reception or having toothbrushes in the bathroom. Lifting the blanket of my bed to find scuffs and then finding big marks left on the mattress protector was upsetting but they did come and change the sheets so it was all okay in the end. The day staff were lovely and so accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Such a beautiful layout of rooms as well!!

K-road近くでバス停から近かった。レストランやコンビニも近くて便利。 週末泊だったが、外からの騒音もなく静かだった。客室のベッドは、新しくリネンも清潔で快適でした。バスルームも綺麗でシャワーの水圧も充分だった。チェックアウトが11時なので朝ゆっくり客室で過ごせた。 部屋自体は、やや手狭なのでロングステイには向かない気がした。 ハンガーが2つしかなかった。 チェックインの時に、ボンドを$100徴収される点はあまりいい感じはしなかった。返金はきちんとされています。

Got a balcony on the top (7th) floor, but it was a wide-gapped metal floor, so no furniture or way to sit outside which was disappointing. Also had no soap when we checked in but they gave us some as soon as we asked. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Good things first - Amazing location and walking distance to all downtown attractions. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Not so great - Everyone at the reception looked like they were having a terrible day, and helping you was the last thing on their mind. We had to ask twice for our body wash to be replaced. The rooms were smaller than we imagined. It's not a bad place to stay if your expectations are realistic.

Not the room I booked when we got there. They tried to charge twice for the room on checkout The shower had mould on the door and staff apology was less than convincing Very disappointing stay as it was for a special occasion a 21st birthday Very underwhelming and Starr were hard to understand as their English was poor Will definitely be avoiding this property in the future

Very nice property. Room was clean, bathroom was spacious. Excellent free breakfast. Had a view of the Auckland Sky Tower from my 6th floor balcony. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!

We checked out early and there was no one on duty at the reception,this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel and you guys need to fix this.My room was located in the corner so it was a oddly shaped room but it was clean.

Room was way smaller than pictured. There is a less than 1m gap between the bed and the wall in the main living area that you literally walk into the TV everytime you walk from one end of the room to the other. Poor ventilation and the centralized cooling/heating is terrible. Although parking was stated as available - it’s very limited and costs $35 a day (you need to book a day ahead). There is parking on the side streets, but because this is a very busy area, it’s almost impossible. You might as well pay a little more to stay somewhere that has parking (if you have a car). Very inconvenient stopping area if you’re traveling and have luggage. Housekeeping was sloppy.
