Great stay

This was an awesome place to stay. Very close to all of the things you'd need. We were up for a concert so it was easy walking distance. It was comfortable, beds were great, lots of towels.Would love to stay again next time.

Cute but stinky

Cute place styled very nicely in the heart of the CBD.Unfortunately due to the location it was quite loud at night and the apartment has a weird smell we didn't notice until a few days in as the windows were open prior to our arrival.Check in and out was easy to complete although early check in was not accommodated.Plastic fidge basket was cracked and they tried to charge the entire damage deposit for replacement but after conversation settled for 50 (still an overcharge in my opinion as I saw them at Kmart for 15)

Checkin details were not emailed before arrival making checkin protracted and stressfull. WiFi was not operational on arrival and despite informing the host it was left to the occupant to find and reboot the system. Noise levels were considerable at night and not highlighted in the booking process, but noted in the information provided in the apartment. Rubbish removal was the responsibility of the occupant and was not as instructed in the literature left in the apartment, again left to the occupant to track down the building manager to arrange disposal. I felt that there needed to be better communication and organisation by the host so it appears that Zodiak is not a good host and does as little as possible. I would hesitate to in the future using your site to book properties that are managed by another company on behalf of owners. Regards M Foster.
