「The traffic noise from the motorway was bad in the morning luckily I had my ear plugs. Also in the night about 1am and 3am there was a lot of noise from other people, it went on so long that I opened the door and told them to shut up. The room was good overall, easy to cast to the TV, good shower, espresso capsule machine, there was a dark hair in the bed and on the coffee area which was kinda gross. The restaurant was good service and food and the reception staff were very helpful.」

「This property is pictures and actual condition is quite opposite. Toilets are stained and every where there are cockroaches and spider webs. we had reservation for 4 nights and we could not stay in the property for few minutes also. we reached out to the property management and we got no responses and I had to find a hotel in mid night as I came into the city late. 「The room is just ok. The water pressure for the hot shower is not enough, especially in the winter time. Also, it is disappointed that the WiFi signal is poor in our room. Limited WiFi login account with 500MB limit only. Not a enjoyable stay but just ok if just spent one night in Auckland. 」
