"Definitely overkill with square footage of house for the wife and I. But the neighborhood was perfect. House was immaculately clean. Enough dishes and cookware to easily grab groceries and cook at the house. Grocery store is only 5 min away. Beautiful views from the deck. All in all perfect for us!"

The attention to detail and little extras (coffee syrups, snacks, binoculars, makeup pad removers) really put this above most other rentals we have stayed at. It is located on the most beautiful wildlife preserve with a deck overlooking a lake filled with wildlife. We saw baby geese, bald eagles trying to catch...

"This has been our second time staying here as my daughter attends Willamette University. The kitchen is huge and I was able to prepare snacks for my daughter’s tennis team. The house is warm, cozy and spacious! Christina is very friendly and gracious. Check-out is also easy as Christina doesn’t require you to do a load of laundry upon check-out as compared to other rentals. We love staying here!"

"This home was incredibly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped with great views of the woods. Meeting with the host at check in can sometimes be a bit stressful but Kristin made us feel very welcome including welcome snacks and fresh eggs. Lot's to explore in the area but hard to leave this property."

"This property was very clean and comfortable. The pictures accurately depict the quality of the house. Communication with the property manager was smooth. The only negative was that it was listed as having a hot tub and did not. Regardless, this property was fantastic and I give it 5 stars!"

"lots of dust under the chairs and table on the first floor, it was a nice place to stay and very quiet, they just need to clean all the dust under the charis and in the windows upstairs in the bedroom, otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect for spending a day at the Trail of 10 Falls, which is a few mins away. The place was cozy, intimate and clean. The bathroom was wonderful. We appreciated the coffee machine with a well stocked coffee pods / grounded coffee. Communication was easy through the Vrbo app. Cell signal in the area is poor / non-existant and planning ahead when communicating with the host is essential."
