“Very clean and mostly everything worked well. Shower pressure washer wasn't great, and I feel parking was pretty expensive. But you can walk to ball arena and the Christmas market very easily. Breakfast was provided and had loads of options. Free coffee was also available theouout the day which is nice. ”

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible

“This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result.
The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.”
