「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight.
2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!!
3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled.

「I am not great with names but i stayed on December 23rd and the staff member working that evening was great!! Was very pleasant, provided some fun things yo do while in town and suggested a few places to eat. I had Pho 92 and it was delicious. Thank you for ending my travel day with great end.
The room was great as well 😀」

「A very nice suite. Clean and nicely furnished. Great if you like to cater for yourself. Seemed like a popular hub for skiers and snow boarders. People seemed to know each other. Yet it wasn't noisy in any way. A friendly atmosphere. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience. 」

「This overnight stay was just what we needed after a few minor set backs at the airport. The staff was welcoming, there were restaurant choices within walking distance, the room and bed were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to update the airport shuttle schedule in the amenities listed. It states 24 hours but that is not accurate. However, it was easy to book an early Uber though.
Even so, I need to mention again how very gracious and hospitable the staff were. 」
