Nestled in the heart of the Périgord countryside in the small town of Auriac-du-Périgord, this charming 35 m² cottage offers an ideal peaceful haven for a couple seeking tranquillity. Located in Auriac-du-Périgord, this accommodation combines modern comfort and rural authenticity. Outside, a 25 m² terrace invites you to enjoy sunny moments. The enclosed garden, adorned with garden furniture and a barbecue, is perfect for outdoor meals or simply recharging.
Inside, you will discover the living area with the dining room open to the living room, equipped with a sofa and a television, as well as the kitchen. It is fully equipped, you will find a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, a toaster, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking. You will also find the bedroom area with its comfortable double bed (140x190), as well as the bathroom with its toilet.
To park, you can go to the back of the house, where free parking spaces are made available to you (Plantades path).
