Amazing Bachelorette Spot!

Amazing place for a bachelorette. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and lots of natural lighting / mirrors for a large groups of girls to get ready for a fun night out. We had a chef in the group and she said the grill was great for what she was expecting to be at a vacation rental so over all an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Great gathering spot

This home is the perfect place to get together! My family, including my parents, children and spouses all had a perfect place to gather. The room setups were perfect and the amenities were easy to use and we enjoyed them all! The property manager is quick to respond and was very kind and helpful to work with. The neighborhood was a bit interesting, however, we felt safe during our entire stay. We loved this place so much, we will be back!

Great House, so so neighborhood

The house was beautiful and clean and everything we could have hoped for. The location was a quick drive to downtown Austin, but it was right next to the highway and we saw a lot of unsavory characters hanging around the 7-11s and gas stations a block away. It was easily the nicest house in the neighborhood. So, fantastic house, but not great if you’re looking to walk out your door and walk around

Best house for a girls trip!

This house was the best house for a girls trip! The house is so spacious. The decor in every room is well thought out and fun! There are full length mirrors in just about every bedroom. It was easy to message and get a response from Guest spaces. It was a quick drive to many fun spots— I wouldn’t consider it walkable, however. Would definitely recommend and would consider this space again in the future.

Fabulous rental in SE Austin!

We were lucky to find this house on such short notice. Originally, we had booked with another company and found out 2 weeks before our family vacation that our rental had been canceled. My husband and I were fortunate to have found this gem of a house. Communication with the owners was swift and very easy. I love that the listing had the layout of bedrooms and bedding per floor. The pool appears very small in the photos, but it was a nice size for our large family. Everything was nicely appointed and well cared for. The kitchen was such a nice space to cook in, and there was enough room in the dining area, plus seating at the large kitchen island. Thanks for this amazing rental!

Property is great. Just as expected. Pool was perfect and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The internet went out a couple times but the host was very quick to fix it/communicate with us. House is in a good location not too far from downtown or the festival. Only weird thing is they charge you to use the pool towels if you don’t wash them. Seems like they should be included but not a big deal we washed and folded them.

Had a great stay

We had an awesome stay, and the location was great! The only downside was that a coffee table was broken (probably from a different stay), but looked okay. Someone put their feet on it and it completely broke. I reached out and let the manager know but didn't get a response for it. Hopefully they knew about it before. Overall though, I highly recommend this place for your bach or weekend! It had two different communal areas to hang out and tons of rooms. Beds were comfy. We were very stoked it was so nice.
