Great stay

The unit was great, had everything I needed to enjoy a weekend in Austin and felt like coming home. Only thing feedback I have is if you are a light sleeper try to get a unit that doesn’t face the freeway. It can be pretty loud at all hours with trucks and sirens. Other than that I had no complaints!

Beautiful condo with great views and great amenities!

My Wife and I stayed here for a 3 day Anniversary Getaway. The condo is beautiful with lots a natural lighting from the floor to ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom. The bed was super comfortable, so much so that we took some of the best naps between hanging out at the pool and site seeing. The pool and cabanas were very nice providing great views of the Austin Downtown skyline and the river while providing a place to take a cool dip while soaking up some sun! One block over is Rainey St which has many bars and eating options to choose from so unless you just wanted to venture out you could valet your car upon check-in and not have to retrieve it until you are ready to checkout. The front desk staff was very courteous as well as the valet staff. We will definitely be visiting again!

The home is Beautiful, but...

While I was away, someone came into the apartment and left my door unlocked for 8 hours. I felt very uncomfortable. I had to reach out to Vacasa 4 times for follow-up. I felt very unsafe from that point on. The property management at Naviito came to investigate it and found that possibly worker had indeed been inside but failed to relock the door after leaving. That was great but they also never followed up. When I finally got them again they said; oh yeah, it was a worker everything is good. Well, yes I was glad that they had peace of mind but for another 4 days I had none. I would have definitely found another place to stay if that were possible. I was told that there are no security cameras on the floor and I could not see the elevator footage to see who came on to the floor at that time. I have not been offered and consolation or compensation or raincheck or discount for another visit due to the inconvenience. I won't book at that property again. Their systems, checks and balances are not in order and their priority is not the customer. They never apologized or took responsibility. Not good at all The internet connection and television reception was off most of the time. It was hard to get work done and very frustrating. Also, owners should be aware....
