Coming for ACL, F1 or SXSW you've come to the perfect neighborhood - central access with the authentic Austin feel! Our house is a spacious, clean, convenient 4 bedroom/3 bath in Barton Hills neighborhood with over 3500 sq ft. We are within biking distance to Zilker park, Barton Springs pool, numerous local eateries, bars and coffee shops with convenient access to miles of greenbelt hiking and biking trails. We prefer to accommodate no more than 6 responsible, respectful adults however up to 8 can be negotiated. Master has king bed, 1st guest bedroom has queen bedroom, 2nd has a full extra long and 3rd has a queen bed. There is also a semi-private loft area in the back to put an air mattress or floor mattress (we have both available). The back space has a sauna upstairs, work space as well as a gym with free weights and bench with squat rack, spin bike, yoga mat and other gym tools such as bands and rollers.
Enjoy our large courtyard with relaxing pool, we have plenty of space and seating to enjoy the Austin weather. Kitchen, front living, dining and laundry room was all remodeled in 2019. Stainless-steel kitchen appliances, high efficiency washer/dryer, highest speed WIFI plus extenders throughout the house, 3 x 42' flat-screen tvs, speaker station. No smoking, no pets.
