Back to school getaway

Amazing property, plenty space to enjoy and entertain, pool is awesome and huge garage. Modern appliances and plenty bathroom so no need to wait if big group.

Nice home

A nice home, but a little far from anything on an isolated road. We rented this home specifically to use the hot tub, but the heater for it is not adequate and the hot tub didn’t heat up at all over the four days we were there. Lots of space in the home though and decently equipped and furnished. Overall, would stay here again if we didn’t want to use the hot tub.

Beautiful house, great PM, unfortunate situation

We rented this home to celebrate our daughters sweet 16 weekend with a few of her girlfriends and their Moms. The house was really nice, lots of space and clean. The PM was super attentive. Unfortunately the listing isn’t accurate and we were very disappointed as a result. Although there is a pool and pool spa listed the spa is not working and hasn’t been for sometime. The house is listed for sale and it’s clear the owner doesn’t have plans to fix before the sale. The AC was also broken downstairs through our weekend.The PM company was super responsive so no complaints there and they had an AC repair guy there the next morning but it couldn’t be fixed. In honesty it was hot downstairs through the weekend and my daughters cake melted as a result. I’m fairness there was a credit given back to us for the broken AC and pool spa but it didn’t make it wasn’t enough to make up for her sweet 16 weekend. I recommend not renting this home with out verifying the AC has been repaired and don’t expect the pool spa to work unless it’s been sold and new owners have fixed it. Neighborhood was very safe as well.

Okay Experience

Could’ve been more put together and prepared. House needed some work done in rooms where racks/bathroom features were not screwed all the way in the wall. The pool wasn’t cleaned very good had a ton of leaves and bugs in it but the pool was relaxing and the hot tub didn’t work at all. The house was extremely hot as well, and the thermostat was already set on schedule where we couldn’t cool the house anymore. Also I’m the living room there were not much blankets or areas to sit when you have more than 4-5 people. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Unhappy until the last day

I am very upset with my vacation here. The house was very nice and spacious and the pictures were only partly in-accurate. We only go on vacation once per year and we work hard so when our family summer vacation comes we want to be happy and content with our stay for the 1 short week. The beds were very uncomfortable and old. They even made crunchy sounds with every movement. I saw there was an out dated plastic protector on each bed. I think there is much the owner can update. The TV in the master bedroom was not working at all, no internet connection. This was a huge disappointment due to us always liking to watch tv every night. The freezer was dirty with long hair at the bottom of it and old food crumbs. Then the grill that we had planned on using lots was so full of grease and old burned food on the grill. Looks like it has not been cleaned ever. It took long to even get that cleaned. It was gross and we only decided to use it once. When you call and or text its a call center and a different person answers each time. They do log it but then no one called me back to set up time to come fix the problems! Finally on the last day before we were due to leave back home. One guy named Dave came by and he was amazing and did stay to help as much as he could for the little time we had left. Oh and on the last day the AC on the 1st floor shut off and it got hot. He was able to trouble shoot as much as he could. Lots of spider webs in every glass door and window seal.
