Beautiful clean home with all the amenities

My friend and I met in Austin for a golf weekend and stayed in Monica’s condo. Her communication leading up to our stay was excellent and made us feel very comfortable, and check in was a breeze. The home itself is spacious, clean, and very nicely appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable too which was a huge plus! Would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10

Very Welcoming and Great Apartment/Location

The host (Monica) was very welcoming and responsive. She made our booking and stay enjoyable and hassle-free. The apartment was very clean and the amenities provided were perfect. With the Metro station and close location to feeder roads into Austin, it is a perfect location. I would highly recommend this apartment. Regards Ian.

Wonderful townhome

This property is a wonderful townhome. It is new, in a quiet gated community, and is well decorated and stocked. Monica is a wonderful host; she is very pro-active and pleasant. I highly recommend for any traveller.

Long Weekend Away

Long weekend away with another couple. Condo was a great place to stay and worked perfect for us! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and sweet note from Monica. Property was very clean and well maintained, location close to main roads and only about a 20 minute drive from downtown when traffic wasn't awful! The August Home app for accessing the property and coming and going worked very well and was easy and convenient. We all agreed beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and we all had a few great nights of sleep! Our only small complaint was the towels were small, thin and rough- I would suggest bringing your own. Otherwise everything else was very satisfactory and I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends when visiting Austin!

Home away from home in Austin

This was an awesome alternative to never ending nights in a hotel. The place is brand new and spotless. Very convenient located close to highways and my commute out towards the lake. I have already booked again for next week. Would highly recommend it for business travelers or vacations. Monica was very easy to work with and bent over backwards to be helpful. Will continue to stay here!
