Beautiful Place in a Lovely Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. It was perfect for the two of us. It’s located in a fantastic neighborhood that’s just a short Uber ride away from amenities.

Safe and convenient stay close to SOCO and downtown Austin

We stayed here for a couple weeks during SXSW. John was super responsive and even had some welcome treats in the unit when we arrived. Very nice neighborhood and pretty quiet for the city. The bed was a bit firm for our tastes but not bad. It was veryeasy to walk to many places.

We loved are stay. Located in a great neighborhood close to plenty of shopping and places to eat. Within 10 minutes of Zilker park and UT. The host was awesome. I highly recommend this place and i will be back.

Great location

We had a great stay with John in his South Congress location. It was so easy to get downtown, whether you walk it, via Lady Bird Lake walkover located right outside of his neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and ready for the unexpected cold weather that we woke up to on our first night. The bed was comfortable. We made breakfast every morning and found street parking every night we were there. The washer and dryer was the very nice to have and made our decision to stay here this trip and our next one. Great location—walkable/bikable to many fun places! This condo was so clean and quiet. The owners are so kind. I was also impressed with how well stocked this condo was! I would highly recommend!
