「本次在10/30（三）入住210號房，乾淨,安靜,距離VIE機場也近,附近吃飯採買也都適宜,也有地鐵可搭,非常便利！早餐很豐富。唯一認為可以加強的：前台人力稍嫌不足，很明顯客人已經在排隊了，但看到前台後面的門有人進進出出（不知道他們在忙什麼），但就是讓前台只有一個人服務，電話也響個不停，這讓住房者感覺不太專業！可以改善人力的適時支援，會更棒！！」

The slim and blond girl-receptionist (sorry for forgetting her name) who provided excellent service which was full of caring and warmth, and the superb services provided by Mr. Alejandra(may be I spelled wrongly) and Mr. Alexander Litz during breakfast times made me feel like home and being a friend of them! 「It was a very nice and clean hotel; everything was new. Although it is a bit far from the city center, transportation was very easy — you can reach the city center with a single tram line. We never felt cold; the room was always warm, and there was hot water, a hair dryer, etc. — everything we needed was available. Towels were changed every 2–3 days.
