「Absolutely lovely stay at The Lister Arms. Staff are amazing and the reason it's so good. They are helpful and friendly. The only very small downside is the cost. A little overpriced but otherwise beautiful. Couldn't really fault anything at all. The food was to die for.」

The bar area is fairly small and well used by locals but we did find a table both nights we were there. The biggest plus for us were the staff who are efficient and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area. It’s in a quiet area but there are plenty of walks and an ideal base for exploring other towns and sites.」
