"Maintenance on pool & spa needs more attention, 1 day closed for chlorine low, 2 days spa was cold,had to wait for pool pro to come to get it to work"

"Great location! Outdoor seating with great views. we watched the space launch from the upper deck. Large, clean room, comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Sufficient parking for all guests. Minor issues: hot water had low pressure in shower, a/c unit was loud, no in-room safe. We would stay here again because overall it was wonderful."

"The Property is old, fully expected. The walls were dirty, dust on the main wall, like a picture had been there and removed and dust remianed. Shade and windows were dirty/stained. Heavy dust in the bathroom fan. Very very heavy smell of bleach. Bedding/towels were clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was loud. Small convience store attached was a bonus. Breakfast was the exact same every day and subpar. Locstion was just as described, 20 min from downtown. Felt safe walking. The sitting area could be nice if it was cleaned up daily. I have tried communicating thru our booking but have been told to call when someone in charge is present, which is during working hours only it seems. "

"The beach access is great. Wish they had a coffee bar away from the restaurant. The tiki bar was a good time with live music. "

"Comer unit was edging with the street and had very little space for movement, but situated in the center of Historic Center overweighed that! No breakfast! "

"This historic hotel is right downtown in the best location for walking around. The pool and hot tub were a nice reprieve from the heat and we could head right back out into town. St Augustine is a beautiful, fun town and we were glad to stay in a hotel that matched the Spanish, historic feel. Definitely recommend staying here."
