This 2 bedroom chalet faces onto the River Spey and is fully furnished with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. The chalet sleeps up to 4 people and is pet friendly. There are several steps to the decking and chalet so it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
The main (double) bedroom has an en-suite WC and shower room, double and single wardrobes and a chest of drawers for your convenience.
The second bedroom has twin single beds, a single wardrobe and mirror. There is also a family bathroom equipped with an over bath shower and heated towel rail.
The kitchen has a microwave, under counter fridge freezer, electric oven and grill. The hob has 4 gas rings. It is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and various other items. The kitchen leads into an open plan living area with a real effect electric fire, there is a dining area with seating for 4 people.
The lounge is equipped with a 43" flat screen HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player and separate FreeSat box, for those nights when you want to relax in front of the fire. The lounge area also has 2 large comfortable sofas and patio doors that lead on to a private deck with outdoor furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning river and mountain views with a glass of wine.
The decking to the side of the Chalet is covered allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even if it's raining. The chalet is fully insulated, double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.
Gas and electricity used during your stay is included in the rental.
Aviemore Holiday Park is a 5-minute walk from the village centre, where you can find supermarkets and a bakers for provisions.
There is also a bar on site, the Aviemore Inn, which has a log burner, pool table, and games to keep you entertained. For the more energetic there is an abundance of outdoor sports, from Skiing and Snow Boarding to cycling and walking the Cairngorm National Park offers it all. The village has a vibrant social scene with lots of local bars and restaurants within walking distance of the Chalet.
