Marvelous Place

This home is located in the country side under olive trees and in the midst of lemon groves. It has the best kitchen and shower of anyplace we've stayed in 21 days in Italy. The host, Sandra, left us well stocked with water (house water is not potable), snacks and lemons. It's a bit hard to find but she was able to locate us and led us to the house. Try to get the GPS coordinates if possible. Lovely, peaceful place, the perfect way to relax after a fast paced trip through Southern Italy.

Zeer prettig verblijf in mooie omgeving

Mijn zus en ik hadden een fijn verblijf in deze vakantiewoning. Prettige communicatie vooraf. Prettige, aardige ontvangst door Sandra en Maria. Huis was heel schoon. Goed sanitair, fijne (aparte) keuken en buiten meerdere zitjes en genoeg schaduw van de bomen. Ligging prima tussen Noto, Lido di Noto en Avola in. Groene omgeving met veel vogels. Dat de ruimtes aparte ingangen hebben werkte voor ons, met het mooie weer, prima! Dank voor de gastvrijheid.

Schönes Doppelhaus mit schönem Garten

Ein sehr nettes Häuschen mit allem Komfort und sehr schönen Garten, Sehr nette Vermieter. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto und Mückenschutz dabei haben.

Perfect!

Wij zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen. De locatie was perfect. Villa is perfect met alles erop en eraan. Keuken/douche/airco. Alles zeer modern. Omgeven door citroenbomen. En het strand is 3km verderop. Er zijn prachtige stranden in de buurt. Veel speelruimte voor kinderen bij de accommodatie. Auto is een must. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. We zijn niets tekort gekomen daar zorgde Massio wel voor. Dankjewel Massimo!!!!we appreciate! Thanks for everything.

Perfect spot for our 6-night stay in Avola

Lovely garden and perfect host. Once getting used to the seperated area's (the bedrooms have another entrance as the kitchen and shower-room) this was a splendid house nearby the beutifull beaches of Avola.

Tutti e perfetto

A quelques minutes seulement du centre d'Avola, havre de paix entouré de citronniers. C'est une propriété sécurisé, et avec un jardin bien entretenu, sans aucun vis à vis (Idéal pour repos) Tout était parfait : la gentillesse de Massimo et de son épouse, le lieu d'une propreté exemplaire, la localisation qui permet un accès rapide à Noto, à Syracuse, à Cavagrande..aux randonnées toutes proches. On reviendra..La campagne aux portes d'Avola nous a convenu. A noter que le lieu est plus agréable que les photos et que lors de notre venue, nous avions la totalité des espaces extérieurs car la maison mitoyenne était libre

Logement idéalement placé pour visiter le sud est de la Sicile

Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Très disponible et soucieux de notre bien être. Logement spacieux et confortable avec de beaux espaces verts. Seul petit bémol : les 3 pièces à notre disposition ne communiquaient pas entre elles : douche, couchage et cuisine non communicants. Bon séjour malgré tout

The location is even more beautiful than on the pictures!

All rooms were very clean and comfortable and aircondition is working well. The garden has very lovely areas to relax and the trees invite you to rest in their shadows. Children have enough space to play and explore the environment. Massimo, the owner, is a role model for hospitality. He only speaks Italian but we had fun by using google translator (wifi is fast and stable) and he is a very caring person. The beach in Avola is 4km away and we took always the car to get there. Parking at the seaside and beach is no problem at any time. A shopping center is quite close to the location (2km) and the supermarket there provides a broad variety of everything. Thank you so much, Massimo, we will come back soon!

sérénité et location très plaisante

Dans un environnement calme et sécurisant (grand portail et clôture),jolie maison divisée en 2 (la partie mitoyenne non occupée pendant notre séjour) offrant un panorama magnifique sur la vallée avec verger de citronniers ( citrons délicieux offerts entre autres par les propriétaires ). Jardin fleuri et bien entretenu avec chaises longues accueillantes.Location très propre et agréable.Climatisation dans les 2 chambres.A noter 1 lit 160cm,1 lit 120cm et 1 lit 90cm confortables.2 salles de bains dont 1 avec douche neuve gigantesque.Grande cuisine indépendante et fonctionnelle avec boissons fraîches prévues à l arrivée.Linge de toilette ,de literie et de table largement suffisant. A proximité d'un supermarché, de l'autoroute, à 15mns en voiture de la plage et 30mns des plages sauvages de la réserve de Vendicari.Localisation idéale pour visiter le Sud-Est très baroque de la Sicile,la région de l'Etna et ses alentours,Taormine et Catane. S'il faut signaler quelques points à améliorer: - une chaise à prévoir dans chaque chambre pour poser des vêtements - une vaisselle minimaliste - manque une cafetière filtre surtout pour les visiteurs étrangers !! - le lave linge noté dans l'annonce n'est pas présent -bien se faire expliquer l'adresse,pas facile à trouver surtout lors d'une arrivée de nuit Sinon sommes très contents de cette location et les propriétaires sont sympathiques,disponibles et cordiaux.
