U Scrusciu ro Mari - Beautiful Apartment

The beautiful apartment in Avola Sicily did not disappoint. The place is amazing and immaculate. The pool and the gardens are really impressive and just big enough for our family. Sebastiono (The owner / host). Couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He showed us great hospitality and looked after us and gave great service too with his recommendations. He provided cycles for use to look around the local areas. Also the use of a parasol for the beach was very good too. Sebastiono even came out at night to save a parking spot for us. That was always greatly appreciated. My family and I had a wonderful time staying in the beautiful apartment. (U Scrusciu ro Mari) Many Thanks Richard

Attic apartments in the host's villa/home

The villa itself is lovely and clean, with a beautiful pool and convenient parking. Sebastiano is a great host and takes excellent care of the property. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, it's important to note that this isn't a private villa - these are two attic apartments located on top of the host's home. Sebastiano lives in the basement and his son's family resides on the first floor, meaning guests share the main entrance and pool area with them. This results in frequent interactions with the family. Additionally, the WiFi signal is weak in the guest apartment due to the router being located on the ground floor. Sebastiano tried to fix the problem but it persisted during our stay. While we appreciate Sebastiano's hospitality, we believe the listing should be more accurate to reflect the shared nature of the property.

Soggiorno top.Casa e arredamento molto curato e con ogni comfort.Il proprietario, il sig. Sebastiano, è molto disponibile, persona davvero squisita. A 2 minuti di macchina abbiamo tutto, zona molto servita e a 4 minuti a piedi le spiagge. Con i bimbi non abbiamo avuto problemi per spostarci poiché tutto molto vicino. Bella vacanza🥰
