nice, but needs maintenance badly

Great location, big house. I would not rent it in its current condition though. The deck needs to be replaced because nail heads are sticking up and there is plenty of opportunity for slivers from the wood because it is so old. Half the jets on the hot tub don't work. Also, a service team showed up to fix a broken AC unit. The property mgr did not let us know. Once this is properly fixed up I would stay here again.

Just beautiful!

I will start with: our family prefers houses that are lived in and well-loved. This place just felt like home. Clean, neat and comfortable enough to relax in. We also enjoy playing games as a family and they had a nice selection with ones we had never played and are now on our wishlist for home. Next, my mother is final stage Alzheimer’s and we try to take her to the beach at least once a year. She too loved this place! The views are unbeatable with dolphin and whale sightings almost daily as well as deer on the dunes multiple times. The amount of space allowed my niece with her infant daughter room to sleep and play on their schedule. Communication with Surf or Sound was exceptional as well. There was a big storm (lots of rain, wind gusts up to 66mph) while we were there, but we felt completely safe. My husband is in a wheelchair and thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub in the master bath on the top floor. We also relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed the stars above one night. It was probably the best time we’ve had at the beach with Mom!
