First time to OBX

The house was everything the pictures promised very clean and spacious the pool and hot tub were nice features. The covered parking was a nice feature as we were all on motorcycles. My only complaint was the pool area could get use some attention but as our stay was end of season maybe it will get corrected over winter. Enjoyed the house and would stay again

Amazing!!

The vacation house was perfect for our family! So great to have the pool and hot tub and beach is a short walk away!! Everything you need is close by! House could use a better oven for cooking and could have been cleaned up a bit before we arrived. Trash by pool was left by previous renters. But other than that! It was perfect for our family. Adults and kids all had a great time! Would love to come back!!

The house was in a great location! House had everything we could have needed. Beds were super comfortable! The bonus bed on the top floor instead of the sitting area as shown in the picture was perfect!! We’re already thinking about coming back to OBX next summer

Amazing trip!

Wonderful house! We were impressed with the cleaning and procedures in place due to COVID19. The walk to the beach was so easy. There was plenty to do even when it was raining. Will definitely be back!

Great Location in Avon

There were a few minor issues and the management responded quicky to resolve. Overall the home was great, my only suggestion would be to update the cookware which is very used looking,especially the baking sheets. Also a few items we used needed to be cleaned.

Such a beautiful home!

The home was amazing. Everything was almost perfect. The only thing I would say is the carpet in the living room needed vacuuming, but it was minor and I loved the house and service.

Quiet Place for a relaxing weekend.

Located right between the ocean and the sound, and within convenient distance of a grocery store for any supplies the house is in a good spot for anyone who doesn't necessarily plan to spend every moment at the beach. The house itself has an excellent 3rd floor living area for watching movies at night, and a spacious kitchen just be sure to bring your own knives if you plan to do any serious cooking. The pool is positioned in mostly shade in the later half of the day so get your tanning in early or at the beach, but convenient for people who want to avoid too much sun. The master bed had a nice comfortable bed and a great double shower.

We liked everything about this property except the cleaning folks did a poor job. We had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and reclean. When we arrived the rugs in the kitchen had never been shook from sand. The counters were not clean and the bathrooms were usable but not very clean. Other than that, 8 of staying there, we couldn't really do any laundry because the washer and dryer took forever to clean your laundry and besides, it makes so much noise that it almost impossible to use because it is so loud. I wouldn't let this stop me from renting this house again but maybe replace the washer/dryer and maybe hire another cleaning crew. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy our time there.
