A laundry room is located on this level as is a newly furnished sitting area featuring a Smart TV and a slider to the sound-facing deck. The final bedroom, a king master with ensuite bath is located on the top level and features a new Smart TV. Here, too, is the home’s generous and open living space that brings everyone together for meals, mingling and must-see TV watching. A newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep a breeze. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
