"I had a very poor experience at this hotel for several reasons:
Wrong Room Setup: We booked a room for 4 people, but the room only had 3 single beds. This is completely unacceptable.
Poor Housekeeping: When we returned to our room at 3:00 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. The service is very slow.
No Staff: It was very difficult to find any staff members when we needed help. The hotel seems very understaffed.
Note: I did not have breakfast here, so I cannot comment on the food.
