“We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. As we had not received any communication from the management we were unsure how to access the building. The front door was unlocked so we explored inside. The communal areas were filthy with the kitchen having food and meat scraps in the sink. The bathroom looked and smelt damp. As there was no reception we didn’t have a room number. When we……

“The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure that the gluten free member of our group was catered for at breakfast. The room was clean, and the beds comfy afrer walking the Thames path. I wiuld stay here again in a heartbeat and am thinking of retyrning with my family due to the location and price. ”
