「Room was clean and staff worked to keep it so. Staff were good at providing a decent service and giving advice. No problem with parking although I do not think it was full up whilst we stayed there. Habe stayed at the inn 3 times and have always been satisfied with way were treated. For the future feel that the inn could benefit by introducing air conditioning.」

「Good location, we walked into the town centre for an evening meal. Don’t leave breakfast until the last 15 minutes! We had to share a cup, and the coffee and hot water had run out. Great parking, room ok, but cups really need to go through a clean dishwasher.」

「The hotel room was clean and comfortable within what would be expected from a very old building. Liked the king size bed as well. The staff were friendly as well. Nice to have a restaurant attached for easy evening meals. Food was very nice a price that matches most establishments. One criticism is on the ground floor of the coach House, having tables and chairs by the my bedroom window less than five feet away meant I had to go to bed being able to hear the conversations and phones until almost...

「I didn't actually stay at the Bell, I was taken into hospital with Pneumonia but I wanted to say how fabulous Catherine was after Expedia had neglected to send me a confirmation email so I was unable to cancel in the time frame required. The customer service from Catherine was over and above, she is a reason I would want to stay at the Bell. It's rare to receive support, understanding and recognition that customer service is the backbone of a business and I can't praise her enough. I」
