「Staff was very nice. Wife and I traveled with 2 teenage kids and the suite with 2 roll aways was the best way for us to stay (kids choice bunks only for kids up to 10). The hotel is walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. P Delgada is convenient to highway if you want to go East or West for activities.」

「Wonderful location on the Ponta Delgada waterfront, with a small balcony. Our room was immaculate and spacious. Bathroom was very good. The parking situation has some problems. There is parking in a garage under the hotel for a reasonable fee, but only the upper level is connected by elevator to the hotel. The lower level has a separate entrance and difficult foot access. Parking spaces on both levels are too narrow.」

「We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Ponta Delgado. The room was clean and the bed very large. The pool and hot tub is probably the hotel's greatest asset - along with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. It was a joy to stay there and very close to the town centre too. At an affordable price we were very happy to spend 5 days. The breakfast area is very clean and we enjoyed breakfast but could do with a bit of a facelift. It has the feel of a canteen rather than hotel...
