“Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent!……

“We LOVED our stay at Hoa Anh Villa. After a recent bad experience with a hotel in Da Nang. I was apprehensive checking in. We were very early. But that wasn’t a problem. We were met by a wonderful woman who gave us somewhere to put our suitcases while we waited for our room. The villa had a great friendly family like feeling. We went for breakfast just down the road which was amazing as well. When we returned we hired a motorbike from the villa (150k per day) and went off to a local lantern……

“Fabulous place to stay. The rooms and decor were beautiful. Having a view of the paddy fields was really calming. It was a cheap Grab ride into the centre of Hoi An. The cafe was also fabulous.
