“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

“This property was advertised as a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE , DEN BEDROOM, ONE BATH. BEAUTIFUL DECK WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS.
on the Day we were to arrive i received a text that there was no deck it had to be repaired because of leak.
That we will receive 75.00 refund.
on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room.
upon entry a door opened and the owner
asked if we needed help!

“Family friendly. Loved the games and the NY city teams. My grandmother would have loved it too. She is a die hard NY Mets fan. “My daughter and I found this upstairs unit to be spacious, private, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. There was ample street parking available even for our late arrival, and we felt safe. The host sent timely messages with clear check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to book this property again!”
