「The space was clean cozy and comfortable for two. I would highly recommend this apt for quiet getaway. The koi pond and yard are gorgeous! The outdoor space is great for relaxing.」

「The unit was clean. Everything we needed. Only problem was finding the correct door to go in. Common white door looks like a maintenance closet door. No invite to open it and find common staircase to all units.」

「Location and host communications were both excellent. As for the unit itself, it needs some work throughout. The drywall/paint is peeling off in places. The decking was rotten, and my foot went through in one spot because the board was so rotten. The unit also had a smell to it, which the cleaners tried to mask with sprays.」

「My husband and l honeymooned here. We were her 4 days and had no hot water until late afternoon on the last day. The listing is inaccurate as well. There is no pull out sofa, the bicycles are flat, there is water damage in the kitchen with open holes and the washer/dryer combo door does not lock so it pops open mid wash. I highly recommend another rental. We reached out daily about the water and other concerns with minimal effort for remediation.」

「Stay somewhere else. We love Galveston and Luke to try different places to stay when we visit. The times for checking in are 5pm and 10am. The owners are very strict about these times and will keep texting you throughout you stay reminding you. We asked to drop off our bags prior to 5pm, because we were meeting friends for a drink but was denied because that is not an option check in is at pm. Several times throughout the evening and morning we were instructed to do our own dishes and text them...

「Very clean!! Cute place right on the beach. We left our vehicle while we were gone on 7 day cruise and it was kept safe on the property behind locked gates! Owner was very helpful and communicated well!」
