The house is located in Bad Schönborn, a small community with a village character. The Bad Mingolsheim district is known for its thermal brine springs. The place is also a stronghold for Nordic Walking.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on a slightly rushing stream. The spa park is near the apartment. The golf course in St. is just a few kilometers from the village Leon-Rot and the Rhein-Neckar-Arena of the 1899 Hoffenheim football club in Sinsheim. The handball club "Rhein-Neckar-Löwen" is born in the neighboring towns of Kronau and Östringen. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling tours. You can quickly get to Heidelberg, Mannheim, Speyer and Karlsruhe by train. For daily needs, you can choose between several supermarkets or local companies.

DE: Die zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit vollständig ausgestatteter Einbauküche sowie mit Waschmaschine diente mir nur kurzzeitig vor meinem Start des Masterstudiums an der Universität Heidelberg, welche sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Zudem hatte der Vermieter stets ein offenes Ohr für meine Belange. UK/US: The functionally furnished holiday flat with a fully equipped fitted kitchen and washing machine only served me for a short time before I started my Master's degree at Heidelberg University, which is very easy to reach by public transport. In addition, the landlord always had an open ear for my concerns.

This accommodation is perfect for one or two persons. The kitchen is very nice and equipped well, the washing machine is a huge advantages if you stay longer in the accommodation. Located close to everything you need to live. The aktiv park is also perfect for a short walk after dinner. The owner is very flexible and reactive.
