"Very much enjoyed our 3 nights at Pike's. Our room was clean and comfortable; the blackout curtains worked well to keep the midnight sun from lighting up the room too much. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good as well with several hot options. Really enjoyed the nice areas in the back along the river. Would stay here again."

"This hotel was nicer than my usual, and much more upscale hotel than I usually pay for. It has several stories with shopping options right by the lobby. The rooms were clean and quiet except for I noticed some mildew in the caulking of the bathtub. The staff was willing to help book our activities, but they weren't very friendly. I'm used to hospitality staff greeting me and smiling, but this time it was the other way around. And every time I interacted with one of the staff members they had something negative to say, about how tired they were or how difficult work was. Perhaps some friendliness training might be in order."

"We were here for a school drop-off for my daughter and booked because we saw this building was newly renovated. The breakfast had great food and helped us get started with days full of activity where we could return to a clean and friendly room to get some much-needed rest. The staff was helpful whenever we asked for anything which wasn't much since the facility was well-cared for."
