「My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). 「We had a wonderful 3 generation family gathering at this wonderful property. The pictures do not do it justice. Set up well for everything. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Our grandkids loved the playground area, but spent almost all day in the water or on the kayaks and paddle boats. The dock, deck and fire pit area were great for lounging and watching kids. 「Husband in great need of fishing - hobby he doesn’t get to do enough. Happily caught 40 fish & we had a fish fry. I enjoyed the hot tub & some fishing. But mainly the quiet, relaxing, secluded location of the cabin. (Walmart 3 minutes away was nice). Beautiful view sitting on porch in the cool breeze was mesmerizing. The host was quick to respond to any question before & during our stay. The ice, water, snacks, & extras made for an inviting welcome.」
