This detached cottage offers privacy, comfort, and modern essentials while maintaining the character of a traditional residential property. Located just steps from downtown Bonham, it provides a peaceful setting for couples, solo travelers, business guests, or visitors traveling with pets.



The Space:

The Burke Trammel Cottage is a standalone, fully private guest bungalow designed for quiet getaways, romantic weekends, and extended stays.



Inside you’ll find:

Fun tiny house

The property is very nice. Love the chickens. Easy access to the house. It is in the back of the property where it is secluded and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The room could use a little TLC but was great for what we needed. Price was OK.
