“The resort and the condo are both beautiful. However, a couple of things that should be addressed on the unit. 2 of the 3 fans on the patio do not work. The A/C in the second bedroom is not working properly. The maintenance man came in to take a look on our first day, and could not fix it. It was difficult to get the room below 76 degrees.Made sleeping a bit tough. The master bedroom had a very nice AC unit and kept that room nice and cool. We did have a great time and most likely will return at……

“Our week long stay was very enjoyable. It was exactly what we expected from the photos and description. It is spacious and modern with great showers and a very comfortable bed. We loved the very large balcony where we spent most evenings. The weather was exceptionally hot, even the evenings so the outdoor ceiling fans were a great comfort. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will……

“We had a wonderful stay! Villa la Estancia is a beautiful resort with many amenities. The location on ground level is convenient and private. The pool, hot tubs, and beach were pristine and service was excellent.”

Considering the fact we were in the heart of Cabo and all the nightlife, the bedrooms were remarkably quiet. “Absolutely wonderful, and we have booked countless VRBO's, especially in Mexico. The owner and unit manager were very responsive. They thought of everything, unit was so well stocked, and if it was missing, they brought it - this is unheard of care! The complex is amazing...quiet, so clean, and the little Palapa restaurant had great service and excellent food and great prices. Just wish they had fish/seafood, but they said they'd need a 2nd set up under health rules for that. We would highly……
