「Clean room and the staff was amazing」

「We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Michigan! Everything was just right from the staff (Liz and Tiara), the breakfast, cleanliness, quietness and the comfort of the beds, we couldn’t think of anything negative to say! I highly recommend this property you won’t be disappointed!」

「The pictures show an updated hotel. This hotel hasn't been updated at all and looks like the 80's throughout. Our sheets were soaking wet where I guess they didn't dry them all the way. I complained and was told that housekeeping won't be in until the next day. It was a miserable night laying on towels. They checked the room the next morning for leaks and found none. She said I wish I could refund you , but there's nothing I can do on my end. Terrible stay. I won't ever stay at one of these...

「This Best Western was very affordable and had all of the amenities! The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were treated to a beautiful breakfast bar and spent the morning in the pool and sauna. This was a better experience than I’ve had at some expensive hotels. The service and facilities were much appreciated by myself and my children.」

「Was never told that there would be a deposit after paying for room then had to find A way to get deposit money because all I had was for room for my son to enjoy his bday Hot tub was down and tools everywhere by pool and pool was disgusting」

「This was our worst hotel experience ever. When we walked in there was blood on the check in counter. We should have walked out then. The floor in our room was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor with every step so we never took them off. Our shower would not drain so the second person to shower had to stand in dirty water up to their ankles. We reported this but it was never fixed. We stayed seven nights and never got clean towels or our garbage emptied despite nicely asking the housekeeper...

「Roachs!! It’s a whole other world,people everywhere in the parking lot walking pit bulls and carrying guns, I saw a guy clearly smoking crack outside broad daylight,blood was on the linen and that was the deal breaker,I booked it for a week and couldn’t last a night and I’m from the hood,1st room had so many roachs in the bathroom I’m still getting chills thinking about it,close it down!!」
