“We loved all the amenities. The pool was very nice and the area was convenient and easy to get to the things we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and inviting. Would stay again.”

“Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just……

“I could not get into the property because Landing gave me the wrong entry information. When I called the helpline, they told me to submit a ticket on their app. not helpful. Finally, one of the residents let me in. I would never rent something with landing again. As to the apartment itself, I could not get cell service in the apartment. I could not sit on their little outdoor patio because there was a big piece of incredibly loud mechanical equipment, right there. And the music at the pool……

“There was construction going on, so the grounds were messy, but it wasn’t terrible. I was surprised by how quiet it was inside our unit. The first pool we visited (between the buildings) was literally falling apart underneath us. The ones in the back were great though. Having a kiddie pool was perfect for our toddler. The unit itself needs some work, and it definitely wasn’t very clean. There were long black hairs in both showers on the walls and many of the dishes were put away dirty. There was……
