Fantastic cottage in Connemara

Lovely cottage in a spectacular location. The cottage had everything we needed, was very comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location was amazing, so peaceful but handy for the local shop and Clifden. The beaches are amazing and it feels like another world.

Holiday

My hubby myself and our wee dog spent a lovely week in this beautiful cottage enjoying the sights of Connemara. We arrived to a wonderful welcome and a fire burning brightly for us. The wee cottage is beautiful with everything you would need. The bed was so very comfortable and I would highly recommend this cottage if you like peace and quiet after a day sightseeing

Lovely quiet properrty

The cottage was even better than expected. I found the location was amazing. It's about a mile from the beach. It's very quiet and with the fire, very cozy. I loved it. It was very handy to have the washer and lines to dry my clothes because the weather was unseasonably warm and sunny. Shower was a tad bit small, but no problem there. It was an amazing cottage and the landlord is very welcoming and kind. I'd definately stay again in the future.

We were there to play Connemara Golf Club multiple times and it was the perfect location. It was about 100 yards from the entrance to the golf course so it was super convenient.

Weather not great, but so what!

Arrived late on Saturday to a lovely turf fire. House is basically the size of a one bedroom apartment, which is perfectly adequate for 2 people but was very tight when third person arrived and slept on pull-out sofa for a few nights. No issue. House has no views but is very close to some lovely beaches and the golf club. We had very little interaction with the house manager when we were there because we didn't need to, but when we did, she was very responsive. Overall very happy.
