Balm-Boyette Scrub Preserve

We’ve always enjoyed staying at a Wyndham hotel. The room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friend. We especially commend the valet staff as they were always cheerful and quick to help us load up, unload and have the car available. Our disappointment was the cost of the food. We went to the seafood restaurant and while the food was good I wouldn’t say it was great which was disappointing for $120. We tried the 152 club and it was just OK. Again almost $100 for 1 sandwich, one medium pizza and one drink. We went to breakfast downstairs and again just OK. My husband loved the omelets but everything was buffett at $25 each. I each less than 1 cup of food in a meal so it was very expensive even at the kids price. The one restaurant we were most impressed with was the poolside bar and grill. The drinks we well made, the staff very on their toes and friendly, and the food was impeccable. Full of flavor and plenty to eat. I would especially recommend the Ahi Tuna Bowl or the Philly Cheesestake, but again $100 or more. So nice room, clean place, friendly staff but don’t eat at the resort if you’re watching a budget.

Overall. Clean and safe hotel. Not so far from the airport.

The staff was amazing and helpful! Great place to stay if you are attending an event at the Kia Center!
