“Upon arrival, after speaking to the front desk attendants, we realized our four paid rooms had been occupied by others. After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning. The rooms were good with the views to the beach, however, no hot water in the showers. On one of our two nights stay we had no air condition since midnight. One of the rooms’……

“En sus tiempos debió ser muy bueno, pero ya se ve deteriorado, cañerias en mal estado. Y el club de playa estaría perfecta se limpiaran el area de la arena con sargazo. en otras partes esta limpia y justo donde esta el hotel esta sucio y huele mal.”
